Free Prize Draw

If you provide your mobile number, it will only be used to enter you into the prize draw. Once the winner has been selected and the prize awarded, all mobile numbers will be securely deleted. Your survey responses will be used to help us evaluate this year’s festival and plan future events. We may also use anonymised findings or extracts from the survey to support funding and grant applications. To protect your privacy and comply with UK GDPR, your mobile number will be stored separately and will not be linked to your survey responses.

How winners are chosen

At random by computer from all valid entries. Winners are contacted within 7 days and have 7 days to respond before another winner is drawn.

No purchase or payment is required to enter.

1. Entry to the prize draw is completely free. No purchase or payment is required. 2. The prize draw is open to UK residents only. 3. To enter, participants must provide a valid mobile telephone number using the prize draw field on the survey. 4. Providing a mobile number is optional and does not affect your ability to complete the survey. 5. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the stated closing date. 6. The winner will be contacted using the mobile number provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period, another winner may be selected. 7. The organiser may suspend, amend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. 8. Mobile numbers will only be used to administer the prize draw. They will be stored separately from survey responses and securely deleted once the winner has received their prize. 9. The organiser’s decision regarding the winner is final.
